Petteri is the Country Leader and Regional Director at Workday. Workday is the leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources.

Prior to Workday, Petteri was the CEO of Digitalist Group from 2019 to 2021. Digitalist Group is a creative, publicly listed technology company that shapes new thinking, services and technology solutions for digitally transforming industries.

Prior to that, Poutiainen was Country Leader of Salesforce from 2016 to 2019. Salesforce is know as one of the world's most innovative companies.

Prior to Salesforce, Petteri spent almost 18 years at Oracle in senior management positions.

Poutiainen has also been a member of the Leaddesk Board since 2020. He is also known as one of the founders of Invesdor Ltd.

Petteri has over 25 years of experience speaking at numerous Finnish and international events. He is an inspirational speaker and was awarded Finnish Comms Awards Spokesperson of the Year in 2019.
